Following approval from your insurers and acceptance of policy liability Boswell Surveying Solutions will liaise with your loss adjuster or assessor to produce an accurate detailed repair schedule and bill of quantities for the repair of the damaged property.

Our service includes our initial building survey appraisal report and photographic survey of the damaged property, initial repair budget costs and projected contract value.

Commercial: We have extensive experience in residential and commercial insurance claims and can provide a comprehensive post loss survey of Industrial and commercial services to aid the repair costs of the building and validate future projected costs.
